With Confy’s HubSpot app, you can trigger celebrations directly from HubSpot Workflows — no code, no hassle. It's a great way to recognize wins like new deals, closed tickets, or any custom activity in your pipeline.
How to Set It Up
Install the Confy App in HubSpot
Open a Workflow
Go to any workflow and click the + symbol to add action
Select “Celebrate"
You'll find this under "Integrated Apps" → "Confy"
Customize the Action

Paste your Webhook ID from your Confy board (use the 'Copy ID' button)

Add a custom message using tokens (e.g.,
{{ enrolled_object.hubspot_owner_id }}) -
Optionally set animation, sound, text size, and more

Save and Turn On the Workflow
Once live, your celebrations will trigger automatically 🎉

Trigger: Deal stage changes to Closed Won
Action: Confy fires with the message:
